A trust layer for real-world interactions

Proof of Presence is a system that allows daGama to verify that a real person performed a real-world action — such as visiting a place or attending an event.

How it works?

Instead of continuous location tracking, Proof of Presence relies on contextual presence signals, such as venue-issued QR check-ins and other secure verification methods.

//01

User visits place

A real person physically visits a location or attends an event.

//02

Presence signal

A contextual signal confirms the visit — for example a venue QR check-in or another secure interaction.

//03

PoP attestation

The system verifies the signal and generates a cryptographically verifiable proof of presence.

//04

Trusted action

The verified visit enables trusted outcomes such as reviews, rewards, or event participation.

The protocol starts
in daGama
Proof of Presence is launched as a protocol-level capability within the daGama platform.
After the system demonstrates reliable security, stability, and privacy protections, the protocol is intended to become available for external developers, partners, and third-party products.

Why it matters

Trust in reviews

Verified visits make reviews credible and resistant to manipulation.

Trust in event participation

Proof that people actually attended, not just claimed participation.

Trust in real-world engagement

Brands and apps can verify real interactions in physical space.

Trust in loyalty rewards

Rewards go only to real customers who were physically present.

Proof of Presence

is designed with privacy as
a first-class constraint

Instead of continuous location tracking, Proof of Presence relies on contextual presence signals, such as venue-issued QR check-ins and other secure verification methods.
